I'm a big fan of easy lunches! I got some of these gopicnic ready-to-eat meals:
Because I'm a teacher, mother, and wife sometimes life gets a little busy and I run out of time to actually pack a healthy and yummy lunches. Usually if I'm short on time my lunch consists of an apple and a granola bar...not too good to keep my tummy satisfied throughout the day. I had a stack of these lunches and they saved my lunches during the week of parent-teacher-conferences!
The best part about these meals is that there is SO much food in them and such a great variety! My favorite meal was the salami and cheese lunch. It came with crackers, salami, soft cheese, trail mix, and chocolate pillows. I like these meals too because everything is prepackaged. So, if you don't eat everything you can save it for later. I did this several days so that I could have a pick-me-up snack in the afternoon.
Someone in the lunch room made the comment, "Wow! There's so much food in there! I didn't know when you were going to stop pulling out food."
I thought of some other great ideas of times you could use these other than everyday lunches:
-Boy Scout outings (thanks to a friend for this idea)
-Car trips
-Sporting events
-Busy Saturday when you're running errands
-Picnics with the family
